This was a deficit built on OUT OF CONTROL SPENDING! And spent on people that ARE NOT EVEN TAXPAYERS BUT THAT ARE BEING PAID AS VOTERS FOR THE DEM/SOCIALIST/COMMUNIST PARTY!!!!!! Follow the money and put the appropriate people behind bars! Some of the money might be able to be clawed back and if theft or misuse of funds proven then can probably be take from the estates of the perps after their perp walk.
