Editorial Policy

Effective date: September 21, 2026

Publication: American Frontline News (americanfrontlinenews.com)

Operated by: Patriot Mom Digest LLC (“Publisher”)

1) Our mission

American Frontline News publishes news and reporting for a U.S. audience. Our goal is to provide timely, accurate information and clearly sourced reporting.

2) Editorial independence

Our editorial decisions are made independently. Advertising, distribution partners, and monetization platforms do not determine what we cover or how we report it.

3) How We Create Content

AFN's editors select news and source material for coverage. AFN uses proprietary publishing technology and AI-assisted tools to help organize source material, prepare research packages, support drafting, and manage production. Editors review the resulting work for sourcing, factual support, headline accuracy, clarity, originality, and compliance with AFN's editorial standards before release. Automated safeguards may also stop an item when the available source material is inadequate, but technology does not replace editorial judgment. American Frontline News and its owner, Patriot Mom Digest LLC, remain responsible for everything we publish.

4) AFN Staff Byline

“American Frontline News Staff” or “AFN Staff” is AFN's institutional newsroom byline. It identifies work produced through AFN's editorial process and does not represent a fictitious individual. AFN does not publish invented author credentials, employment histories, or photographs presented as real journalists.

5) Verification and fact-checking

We take accuracy seriously and verify information before publishing. As part of our editorial process, human editors verify relevant details, which may include:

  • Names, titles, organizations, and locations
  • Dates, timelines, and event details
  • Numbers and other quantitative claims
  • Attributions (who said what, and where it was said)
  • Source links and references supporting key claims

If we cannot verify a material claim, we will either withhold it from publication or clearly qualify it (for example, as “unconfirmed” or “developing,” where appropriate).

6) Sourcing standards

We aim to use reputable, verifiable sources. When available, we prioritize:

  • Primary sources (e.g., official statements, public records, court filings, regulatory documents, direct interviews)
  • Named, attributable sources over anonymous sources
  • Multiple sources when a claim is significant, complex, or disputed

We provide attribution and links when feasible. If information originates from another outlet, we attribute it.

7) News vs. opinion

Unless otherwise labeled, our articles are intended to be news reporting.

If we publish analysis or commentary, we will label it clearly (e.g., “Analysis” or “Opinion”) so readers can distinguish it from straight news reporting.

8) Illustrative Images

AFN may use digitally created or AI-assisted illustrations. When an image could reasonably be understood as depicting an actual event, place, or person, AFN identifies it as an illustration and does not present it as documentary photography. Illustrative images are not evidence of the events described in an article.

9) Corrections and updates

We correct material errors promptly and transparently.

  • How to request a correction: Please email [email protected] with: the URL of the article, what you believe is incorrect, and any supporting documentation or primary source links.
  • How we publish corrections: When we correct a material error, we update the article and add a correction note (typically at the end of the article) describing what changed and when.

For more details, see our Corrections Policy.

10) Advertising and Sponsored Content

AFN displays advertising and content-recommendation units supplied through third-party partners. Advertising partners do not determine AFN's story selection or editorial conclusions. Advertisements are presented separately from editorial content. Sponsored or paid content, if published, is clearly labeled as “Sponsored,” “Advertisement,” or with another disclosure that readers can readily understand. Current advertising and content-recommendation partners are identified in AFN's Privacy Policy and consent settings.

11) Accountability and Contact

American Frontline News is owned and operated by Patriot Mom Digest LLC. Shaun Connell serves as AFN's editor and directs AFN's story curation and editorial review, with support from other editors and shared publishing personnel across the American Digest Media network. Questions, feedback, and correction requests may be sent to [email protected].

12) Policy changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” at the top of this page.
