perhaps the boy and his mother consider the girls refusal to give out her phone number to be sufficient provocation for his assault. it is NOT and the boy should receive the maximum sentence allowed by law and the parents of the boy should bear all the financial expense of her treatment as his conduct falls on them. Judge Lobel on Helena, Montana held parents responsible for the conduct of their children good or bad!

When are government officials going to start holding their parents accountable and responsible for their children’s actions. These parents now a days have no control of their children and don’t care what they do as long as they don’t bother the parents. Parents need to be held responsible and accountable for what their children do.

murder . Mother says is a good kid , ok , let her bring his peanut and jelly breakfast for the next 10 years to jail, while she pays for all court expenses , she forgot to teach him properly before releasing
