Ohio vows immediate appeal after Clinton-appointed judge blocks voter citizenship proof law

As much as I am FOR proof-of-citizenship (i.e., birth certificate), the law as written prohibits that proof/information…consequently, a judge - whether appointed by a Republican President or Democrat President - is obligated to follow laws (as written) and to avoid “legislating-from-the-bench” if he/she disagrees with the law or believes the law should be modified…therefore, any change in the law would need to follow proper protocol/procedure through the legislative branch (House, Senate)…we should not criticize a judge for “staying in his/her lane” within the judicial branch…

UNDOUBTEDLY, Democrats are going to interfere with every means possible to allow non-citizens to vote in all election. IT'S JUST WHAT THEY DO EVERY ELECTION. And more so as the years roll by. Only the SAVE AMERICA ACT can make a difference. And even then, Democrats will work tirelessly to get non-citizens 'the vote'. THEY CHEAT EVERY ELECTION CYCLE, from the lowest levels to the highest. It's the only way they know to win.

Any state that refuses the requirement of proof of citizenship to register to vote, or to vote at all, should be banned from voting in Federal elections. Time to stop this vile nonsense aimed at allowing illegals to vote!

Most American citizens want the Save Act. We want to make sure illegals are not voting in America. And there is no way that someone does not hold some kind of proof of being an American. I think it's very unfair that former presidents have the right to say anything about this matter. And it is a fact that Biden let illegals vote, and some of the people who are checking the votes are not doing a good job or just don't care. It is time to put the SAVE ACT in place.
