or have up to date video servalance .... around the entire mall, at every monument... make it apparent you are being recorded... this one sounds like it's from a white leberal democrat socialist sympathizer... how sad, this is how they chose to communicate

All phone location data is collected. Figure out the time window of the vandalism and track all the phones in the area at that time.

When this person is identified. They need to serve time and pay for repairs. These people do not deserve to live in our country. If need be revoked their citizenship
