It is high time that our government follow the laws and stop issuing CDL license to these foreigners who do not speak English. I say this as a former CDL driver who had to take some of these men on the truck. I could not deal with them never speaking English, they could not understand the Logbook or the reporting system for any of the tasks. They could not read and translate the road signs. They failed to take their 10 hour rest time to rest but spent it on their phones communicating in their native tongue. I reported this and finally the companies removed them from the truck when we arrived at the next terminal. I did not want to jeopardize my CDL over the bad judgement valls of the companies who hired these non English speaking humans. I have thanked Congressman Webster of Florida for his part in removing these people. We US Citizens had to comply and be randomly drug tested and maintain all the laws but they got by with murdering our citizens.
