What about then January 6 people arrested and held without court appearance and held without bail and seeing lawyers for months. These asshole judges give criminal illegals more rights than American citizens. These illegals are here illegally they get no rights or protection they should be deported immediately without any jackass judge making any decision on what happens to them. These corrupt judges need to be removed from the bench immediately for obstruction and held accountable for their actions and crimes. All judges and prosecutors need their immunity revoked immediately no one is above the law especially corrupt judges and theirs plenty of them. The president should have the power and authority to remove these corrupt judges from power.

No problem. They should be take to an air conditioned or heated tent in the middle of a holding area that is surrounded by concertina wire with a guard tower. First thing they when they get to the camp is to see the immigration judge (have enough on hand for 24 hours operations). If found to be here illegally, they can be handed a bag lunch, retinal scanned and DNA taken for positive ID if they ever try to get back in, and escorted to transportation and escorted to a ride out of the US. This can all take place within 24 hours. No reason at all to take any longer. If they wanted to come legally they were required to stop and file at the FIRST country with a US Embassy or Consulate and stay there until allowed to go forward or not. SO if they are in the US without doing that and have not left when directed to, they should not be allowed back in.
