The Judiciary does not make rules concerning what does or does not allow someone to receive SNAP (food stamps). This lawfare needs to stop. It is a complete waste of time when these judges should be putting crooks in jail. They need to stay in their lane. What probably should be done is to cancel SNAP for all and let them reapply with proof they are eligible. They could do it in phases to minimize the pain. But for this fraud to stop, there will probably have to be pain.
